By using the Hibij website or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Hibij.

In this document "Hibij" refers to the company that operates this platform. "User" or "You" refers to anyone who has registered or is attempting to register an account on Hibij. "Platform" refers to the hibij.bet website and mobile app.

All Hibij services operate under an international gaming license. These terms are available in both English and Bangla; however, in the event of any dispute, the English version will be considered the definitive text.

Each person may only open one account on Hibij. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you. If an account is opened with false information, Hibij reserves the right to close it at any time.

• Each account must be registered with a unique email address and mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Hibij Support immediately.

Hibij does not provide gaming services to minors. This is not just a legal requirement — it is our ethical responsibility. If anyone under 18 opens an account and this is later verified, all transactions associated with that account will be considered void.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank Statement (for address verification)

Documents submitted for verification are stored securely by Hibij and are never shared with any third party.

All deposits and withdrawals on Hibij are processed securely. Bangladesh's mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank transfers are supported.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests via a different method may be declined.

Hibij does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your bank or mobile banking service may apply their own service charges — this is governed by their own policies.

Every bet placed on Hibij is considered final — once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless Hibij itself voids it due to a technical issue.

• Hibij reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Bets placed before a match starts will be refunded if the match is abandoned.
• Odds in live betting change every second. The odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Placing contradictory bets (arbitrage) on the same match is strictly prohibited.

In Sports Betting, match results are determined based on official sources and international sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute over a result, Hibij's decision is final.

All bonus offers on Hibij come with their own terms. Please read the specific conditions of an offer carefully before claiming it. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly – the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must open a genuinely new account.

Hibij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Active bonuses will remain valid until their designated expiry period, even after a promotion ends.

Hibij is committed to maintaining a fair and honest platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts registered under the same name or from the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated efforts to circumvent bonus terms.
• Fraudulent Payments: Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Hacking or Software: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Inside Information: Placing bets using insider knowledge of a match or game.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

Hibij may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification is not completed (after a specified period)
• As directed by any legal or regulatory authority
• Extended inactivity (12 months)
• At the user's own request

You can also request account closure at any time by contacting Hibij support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be charged after 12 months – this stops once the balance reaches zero.

Hibij takes your personal data seriously. Our full privacy policy is available separately, but the key points are summarised here:

• Your information is used solely for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance.
• Your consent will be obtained before your information is used for marketing purposes.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.

To update or delete your personal information, submit a request to Hibij support. Deletion may not be possible for data we are legally required to retain.

Hibij reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS in advance.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, it is recommended that you close your account.

Any disputes relating to these terms or your use of Hibij will be resolved in accordance with international gaming laws and regulatory authority guidelines.
